Request transportation services for church events.
Service is free to all members and visitors within an 8 mile radius of the church building. Our bus is not wheelchair accessible. Each rider must sign or agree to a liability form.

SUNDAY TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS — FRIDAY NOON DEADLINE

Requests received after 12:00 noon on Friday cannot be accommodated.

If you need a ride for Sunday, please complete this form before the deadline. If you are unable to complete the form, please call the church before 12:00 noon on Friday to request transportation.
