I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Foston Foundation 2026 Casting Call, including but not limited to auditions, video submissions, photography, live or recorded performances, promotional appearances, and related publicity activities.
I understand participation is voluntary and may include public distribution of recorded materials.

MEDIA RELEASE (IRREVOCABLE LICENSE)
For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, I grant the Foston Foundation an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and publicly display my child’s name, voice, image, likeness, and submitted materials in any media now known or later developed.
I understand no additional compensation is guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted under Tennessee law, I release and hold harmless the Foston Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
REPRESENTATIONS
