All participating vendors are expected to post and share the event on social media. **
We prioritize small businesses who are actively growing, show consistency in their brand, and maintain an engaged social media presence. Our markets are curated for vendors who are business-minded, community-focused, and committed to showing up professionally.
IMPORTANT: Vendor Booth Presentation Requirements
All booths must have elevated, intentional merchandising. This includes:
• A clearly visible business name or logo (professionally produced or artfully created)
• Clean, professional, or creatively designed signage for pricing and payment options
- All tables shall be covered with linens that go all the way to the floor & wrinkle free/fitted. ( No Table legs showing)
- All personal items shall be out of sight of guests, either stored in vehicles or under fully skirted tables.
Acceptable colors for canopies: White, pink, Black (Other colors MAY be allowed if your tent is branded, please submit photos to get approval)
Acceptable colors for umbrellas: white, beige, sand, cream
Prohibited uses include: items containing explicit language, items containing religious or political references, weapons of any kind (inclusive of custom pocket knives), and any other uses as shared by property management.
Vendors are responsible for ALL items for their set-up. All canopies and umbrellas must be properly weighted.

No Booth Sharing Policy
Just a reminder that booth sharing is not allowed at this market. Each vendor must be approved individually and must operate within their assigned space only. This helps us keep things fair, organized, and aligned with our vendor guidelines.
If someone you know is interested in participating, they’re welcome to apply directly so we can review their products and place them appropriately.
Vendors are responsible for permits, insurances, needed to operate.
