Terms and conditions
1. Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed via email or telephone by the Programming and Engagement team. If you do not receive your confirmation within five (5) working days, please contact the Programming and Engagement team on (07) 4659 4900. 2. Changing your booking: Contact the Programming and Engagement team on (07) 4659 4900 as soon as possible if you need to change your booking. Rescheduling of bookings is subject to availability. 3. Prices: All prices listed include GST where applicable. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change. Schools in the Toowoomba Regional Council area receive free entry to Queensland Museum Cobb+Co thanks to Toowoomba Regional Council. However, a gold coin per student is requested for the school program. For schools outside the region, the cost for school programs is $7.00 per student. 4. Payment: For an invoice, please confirm with staff on arrival at the museum and an invoice will be posted out. For a cheque, make cheques payable to Queensland Museum Cobb+Co. Major credit cards or cash are also accepted. 5. Notice of Cancellation: We require written notice to cancel or reschedule a booked excursion. Please contact the Programming and Engagement team on (07) 4659 4900 to cancel or reschedule your booking. 6. Queensland Museum Cobb+Co does not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking. 7. Final confirmed number of guests is required seven (7) days prior to the visit. 8. Facilitated school programs have a maximum capacity of 28 students per session. 8. Bookings made with less than two (2) days notice cannot be guaranteed placement.
