I understand myself or my family, friends, and/or significant other are to return the cat(s) to Lisa Meeker if for any reason, at anytime, I no longer want them or are unable to keep or care for them and will make my family, friends, and/or significant other aware of this agreement.
I understand I will be required to provide legal identification such as a Drivers License or State ID at the time of adoption.
I agree that I will not declaw adopted cat(s). *Declaw - amputate toes at first knuckle in order to remove claws.
I agree to provide updates about the well-being of the cat(s) I am adopting through social media, text, email, or phone on a regular basis or as requested.
After your application is processed, we will schedule time to talk in person about the cat(s) or kitten(s) you are interested in. It is beneficial if all members of the household are present to talk.
I understand that there is a rehoming fee for any adopted cat(s) or kitten(s).
