Terms and conditions
1. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your written booking confirmation. It may take up to five working days to respond to your request during peak booking periods. Should you not receive a response within this time please contact the Programming and Engagement team via email (learning@mtq.qm.qld.gov.au) or phone (07 4726 0600) between 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 2. Queensland Museum Tropics does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking. 3. Notice of Cancellation: We require written notice to cancel or reschedule a booked excursion. Please contact the Programming and Engagement team via email to cancel or reschedule your booking. 4. Rescheduling of bookings is subject to availability. 5. Final confirmed number of guests is required seven (7) days prior to the visit. 6. Facilitated school programs have a maximum capacity of 28 students per session. 7. Prices: All prices listed include GST where applicable. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change.
