SAVCA Fellowship - Application Form - Class of 2027
Please apply here for the inaugural SAVCA Fellowship programme commencing in May 2026 and running until March 2027. Applications close on 14 April 2026. Before applying, please review the eligibility criteria below and have a brief CV, motivation letter, and application endorsement letter from a leader in the industry ready to be uploaded. Eligibility criteria
• Currently aged 28-35 years • Minimum qualifications: NQF Level 8 (Honours/CA equivalent) • Currently employed in a Firm in the private capital industry that is a member of SAVCA • Minimum 6 years’ working experience in professional services or financial services • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the private capital industry • The programme is open to all eligible applicants, and we will be looking for a cohort that is diverse with strong representation of women and HDIs

The motivation letter should be 400-500 words and describe why you would like to be selected for the Fellowship programme, and why you, out of all the applications should be one of the chosen 10 Fellows. Please keep in mind that this is a competitive process, and hence, the more thoughtful, detailed and authentic your letter is, the better chance you stand of being shortlisted.
