  • Drain condensation bucket for the low-boy refrigerator*
  • Scrub and sanitize the flat-top grill*
  • Drain and clean drip trays for grill and smoker*
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen sink*
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor*
  • Wash and store all dishes and utensils*
  • Replenish condiments and restock reach-in refrigerators*
  • Pull frozen items needed for the next day according to prep guide*
