    Early Bird Registration $135, Regular Registration is $185, covers lunch Friday and Saturday as well as the Awards Dinner Friday night. Hotel and travel costs are not included with registration. Registration and hotel costs, per the IRS, are reimbursable expenses if your local unit PTA has budgeted for these expenses.

  • Guest meals are available for non-registered guests such as award recipients or family members.  All PTA members and leaders attending convention activities are required to register.  Meal tickets may not be used in place of registration.

  • Georgia PTA is seeking volunteers to assist with Convention operations. Volunteers who work a minimum of four (4) verified hours during the event will receive a 50% reimbursement of their registration fee following the Convention.

  • Volunteer Program Terms

    • Volunteers must complete a minimum of four (4) documented service hours.
    • Hours must be verified by a Volunteer Team Lead.
    • Reimbursement equals 50% of the registration fee paid.
    • Reimbursement will be processed within 21 business days following the event.
    • Volunteers who fail to complete 4 hours will not receive reimbursement.
    • Volunteer reimbursement applies only to the registration fee (not guest meals).

  • The volunteer opportunities have all been filled.  We are very appreciative of our members willing to go above and beyond to fulfill Georgia PTA's mission.

  • Liability Waiver & Release

    By registering for the Georgia PTA Convention & Leadership Training, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1.  I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in this event.
    2.  I agree to release and hold harmless Georgia PTA, its officers, board members, volunteers, presenters, sponsors, and host facilities from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.
    3.  I understand I am responsible for my own transportation, lodging, and personal property.
    4.  I authorize Georgia PTA to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

  • Georgia PTA Convention Registration Refund Policy

    • Full refunds available through May 15, 2026, minus a $25 administrative fee.
    • No refunds after May 15, 2026.
    • Substitutions permitted within the same local unit through May 22, 2026.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the President.
    • Processing time: 14–21 business days.
    • Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies.

    • No refunds for no-shows.

  • Georgia PTA Convention Volunteer Incentive Policy

    1.  Limited volunteer positions will be available.
    2.  Volunteers must:
            Be registered attendees.
            Work at least four (4) documented hours.
            Sign in and sign out.
    3.  Verification must be approved by:
            Volunteer Coordinator, Valencia Johnson 
            Convention Chair, Brenda Page 
    4.  Reimbursement amount:
            50% of registration fee paid.
            Excludes guest meal purchases.
    5.  Reimbursement will be processed within 21 business days.
    6.  Failure to complete required hours voids reimbursement.
    7.  No partial reimbursements for less than 4 hours.
    8.  Volunteer assignments are based on operational needs.
