  • Notice

Buildings undergo yearly maintenance during the "down time", which leaves little room for exceptions to these dates. Any refunds will be applied based on the actual time stayed. Additionally, a one time environmental fee will be charged to renters for use of the laundry facilities. The total rent charge and environmental fee will be billed to the student’s account. If not paid in full by the due date, student will be required to sign up for a payment plan online. Private rooms are available on a limited basis and come with an additional cost. A week will be considered from Sunday to Saturday. If you leave during the week, you will be charged for the week. If you need to cancel your summer housing application, please do so in person or via email as soon as possible at the Campus Life and Housing Office. While living on campus summer residents are expected to behave according to the same policies and rules that apply during the academic year (please refer to the Navigator-on campus resident handbook). Eviction may occur if rent is not paid or university, state or federal policies are violated. The Student Life and Housing Office reserve the right to consolidate units and move residents. To request special accommodations, in addition to filling out the housing application, it is required that you register with the LSSU Office of Accessibility Services. The coordinator of Accessibility Services will verify your disability and advise housing staff of appropriate accommodation. Housing staff will facilitate the housing accommodations based on application date and availability. Questions about accessible student housing may be directed to Derric Knight, Director of Housing and Residential Life. I have read the above information and agree to abide by these conditions by signing below.
