The Ansbach Spouses’ and Civilians’ Club (ASCC) is accepting applications for Board positions for the term June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. These roles serve on the governing board and help ensure the continued success, stability, and mission of ASCC within the Ansbach community.

President- Leads ASCC by presiding over meetings, appointing committee chairs, overseeing board and committee activities, managing organizational accounts and financial oversight, approving contracts and major actions, and ensuring compliance and smooth board transitions. Oversees the Executive and General Boards, programs, and fiscal operations of both the Ansbach Spouses' and Civilian's Club and Thrift Shop.
1st Vice President- Serves in the President’s absence and acts as Programs Coordinator, planning and organizing ASCC events, coordinating with board members, managing guest speakers and event details, maintaining guest lists, and serving on the Budget Committee.
2nd Vice President- Assists the President and leads the Welfare Committee, coordinating with the Welfare Chair overseeing assistance requests, coordinating committee activities, and serving on the Budget Committee.
Parliamentarian- (This is an Appointed position) Advises the board on parliamentary procedure and ensures meetings follow Robert’s Rules of Order, oversees elections and nominations, leads Constitution and Bylaws reviews, records email votes when needed, and supports board governance and compliance with Constitution and Bylaws.
Secretary- Maintains meeting minutes and official records, manages board communications and correspondence, collects committee reports, and preserves organizational documents and files.
Treasurer- Oversees ASCC financial operations, including collecting and depositing funds, managing accounts and budgets, paying approved expenses, maintaining financial records and reports, and ensuring compliance and audits.

Membership Chair- Manages ASCC membership by reviewing applications, maintaining member records and directories, welcoming new members, and coordinating membership materials and policies.
Volunteer Chair-Oversees recruitment, organization, and tracking of ASCC volunteers, coordinates recognition events, and ensures compliance with service requirements and reporting.
Welfare Chair- Oversees ASCC community support programs, including Bright Eyes, Angel Tree, and Community Grants, coordinating committees, managing assistance initiatives and fundraising efforts, and ensuring programs effectively support families within the Ansbach community.
Scholarship Chair- Oversees ASCC scholarship program, including appointing the committee, establishing award criteria, managing applications, coordinating publicity, presenting awards for board approval, and notifying recipients.
Publicity & Digital Communications Chair- Manages publicity, website updates, and social media for ASCC while ensuring timely communication and compliance with policies and OPSEC guidelines.
Ways & Means- Oversees ASCC fundraising sales by managing inventory, coordinating committees, ensuring financial accountability, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Thrift Shop Liaison- Oversees Thrift Shop operations, communicates with management and board, coordinates volunteers and staffing, monitors finances, and ensures policy compliance.
