DISCLAIMER

• You will be contacted when the birds are ready for pick up at our Swanzey, NH Location.
• They MUST be picked up within 24 hours or reservations will be forfeited.
• We are not responsible for calls, texts, or emails that cannot go through.
• If you are expecting birds that day and have not heard from us, please reach out!
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates and therefore arrival dates are subject to change or cancellation.
• 3 bird minimum per delivery date per species for chicks, turkeys, guineas, or waterfowl (ducks & geese).
• Orders without a total of 3 birds on a ship date will not be processed.
• Chicks are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave the property - Biosecurity per state of NH.
• Chicks are 1-2 days old when they arrive, therefore we can not guarantee the livelihood of every chick purchased, or guarantee replacements.
• We do not sell ready-to-lay hens.
• We recommend buying an extra chick or two, since losing one or two is not uncommon.
• All standard size chicks are vaccinated for Merricks disease but NOT coccidiosis, therefore we recommend a starter feed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Pullets (female day old chicks) Straight Run (unsexed).
• If you are looking for a rooster (sexed male) chick of a particular breed, please contact us for availability to special order.
