  • Currently Accepting - May Be on Waitlist

We have had a tremendous amount of interest in our festival for this year! At this time, we are close to filling up the 75 spaces that we allotted for this year, so if several apply at the same time, you may get waitlisted - but that doesn't mean that you still can't get in. We are waiting on those applicants to make payments to secure their booths, and if they do not then we will move on to the waitlist. Additionally, we are looking at ways to expand the amount of space that we can use for the vendor fair. We thought that it would be a stretch goal to have 54 spots and in less than one week we hit that goal. If you are interested in being put on our waitlist (for any category other than Food Trucks), go ahead and sign up and we'll let you know if a spot opens up.

Welcome, vendors! This is our second year of running this festival, with last year being a great success, but we want to be even better this year. To that end, we have partnered with the businesses in the Village of Concord and will be moving the main festival activities to Lake Ridge Drive. The sound stage will be further away from the vendor area so that we don't overpower your ability to talk to your customers. Additionally, the street is 33' wide in this section, which means that all vendor spaces will be able to completely sit on the nice, flat road. (the street will be closed off - so a booth on each side with a 12' avenue between) No mud, no mole holes to dodge, plus street lighting to assist with the early morning setup. The Masonic Lodge will be used for parking and possibly historic tours of the village, which has some elements predating the Civil War. We are truly excited about this event and hope that you will be, too. Every vendor from last year stated that they wanted to return for this year, so that's a great sign! We are expanding from the 20 booths that we had last year to 50 spaces for this year. Although this event takes place just before Hallowe'en, it is NOT a trick or treat event.
  • Date, Time and Location

October 24, 2026 from 10AM to 5PM (setup can begin at 8 AM) in the Historic Village of Concord, specifically on Lake Ridge Drive, 37934.
  • The booth fees for this event are not profit going to a person's pocket.   We are very transparent about that.  20% of the booth fees will be donated to LIFT East Tennessee, which is an autism awareness and support group that meets at our lodge fellowship hall.   We love this group and have a great relationship with them.   The other 80% goes to pay for marketing and other fees related to the festival (portable bathrooms, etc, if we can't get them donated) and whatever is left goes to the historic lodge to help maintain the grounds, as we are responsible for maintaining not only a 150+ year old building, but the adjacent cemetery, which costs a lot of money to mow given that the grave markers prohibit you from riding a commercial mower through it.  Those of us managing the festival are members of the lodge and giving our time to the effort.

  • Updates

Be sure to follow the Olde Concord Fall Festival at Chota Masonic Lodge page on Facebook for updates. We will send out email updates to the registered vendors, but lots of times those can get flagged as spam by your email provider. Any time that there is an update, we will post on the Facebook page, so if you don't see the email, check your spam folder, and if you still don't have it, reach out to us via Facebook Messenger and we will get you the update.
  • Vendor Types Accepted

Please look over this list before you apply. We are taking craft vendors that either create, renovate, or modify crafts. No mass market vendors, and all booths must be for product that you sell on site. We will limit the number of each type so that we don't end up with too many, but unless you are the only person in the world making something, you won't be the only vendor of that type. Please check your spam folder within the 48 hours following your registration - we will send you a yes/no on acceptance and at that time you will need to make your payment via PayPal to secure your spot. We are not accepting applications for food trucks, they are already set for the event. No electricity is provided for the event, so if you need it, you will need to bring it. Gas generators are not allowed in the vendor booths - only the food trucks, which are placed in a separate area. Tables, chairs and canopies are to be supplied by you, but canopies are optional. If you do have a canopy, the legs must have weights on them in case we get wind gusts. This is a rain or shine event unless the weather becomes hazardous, at which time we will cancel and issue refunds. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
