Each year, as the clearinghouse and marketing arm for Pensacola’s Mardi Gras season, Pensacola Mardi Gras collects accurate and updated information from participating Krewes. This helps us maintain smooth communication, provide accurate information to the public, and coordinate event planning throughout the season.

When provided and with your approval, Krewe and event information may also be used to promote Pensacola Mardi Gras and its Krewes through local, regional, and national marketing and publicity efforts.

We value the trust our Krewes place in Pensacola Mardi Gras. - PMGF provides two Royalty Sashes each season per Krewe that completes this Form. If your Royalty changes mid-season between the Kick-Off Celebration and the Fat Tuesday Celebration, please instruct the previous year's Royalty (2026 Season) to wear their sash from that season. A new sash with the current year will be provided to your incoming Royalty once they begin their reign. This must be communicated to PMGF to receive the proper sash.
