Our camp is run by an Ontario Certified Teacher and overseen by a BCBA.

Camp fees may be eligible for coverage through OAP funding.

The cost is $850 per week. Families who register for 6 or more weeks receive $50 off per week.

A $100 deposit is due at registration to secure each week, and the remaining balance is due the month before your camp week.

Please note: A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid in full one month before the start date of camp. For financing options, please contact admin@nurestcenter.ca.

Medical Consent

Consent to Exchange Information

I authorize Nurest Treatment Center staff to consult and exchange relevant information (e.g., reports, assessments, and progress updates) about my child with other professionals or agencies involved in their care, such as their physician, school, speech-language pathologist, or occupational therapist, for the purpose of coordinating treatment and planning the camp program. I understand that this consent is required for the release of confidential health information.

Consent to Take Photos

I authorize Nurest Treatment Center staff to take photographs and videos of my teen during program activities. I understand these materials may be used for internal documentation, sharing progress updates with families and for marketing or promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, brochures). I can choose to opt-out of specific uses by contacting the center.
