Pursuant to Indiana law (I.C. 34-31-5), an equine activity sponsor or an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an equine activity that results from the inherent risk associated with equine activity.  In signing this entry form, I/we, the owner(s)/exhibitors, hereby release High Points Equine Events, LLC and its members as well as the organization(s) sponsoring this show and its members from any loss to myself, my employees, agent, horses and/or equipment while attending and participating in the show and/or clinic. These provisions are hereby made a part of this entry agreement.
