  • Facilitator Interest Form

Rich in Faith is seeking facilitators to lead small groups in telling their stories of faith. All classes take place at Christian urban ministries on Chicago's West and Southwest sides.
    • About the role
    • Facilitators would use a curriculum based on Jesus' parables to lead Storytelling Seminars. These Seminars would guide participants through activities and help them create short stories of when God and good have been visible in their lives.

We need a variety of facilitators, including those who have one or more (not all!) of the following qualifications:

      • English speaking
      • Spanish speaking
      • Familiar with Protestant Christianity
      • Familiar with Catholic Christianity
      • Available during weekday mornings or weekends to work with adults
      • Available after school or summer to work with youth

All Storytelling Seminars are in person and take place on Chicago's northwest, west, and southwest sides at Christian urban ministry locations.

    • Format: (000) 000-0000.
    • About Us
    • Find out more about the project here:

      • Rich in Faith - project
      • Legendary Communities - coordinating organization
    • Faith Basis
    • Legendary Communities' statement of Christian faith is here.

Storytelling participants will be at all points in their journeys of faith and may not fully share this statement. This is welcomed and expected.

As we hear and celebrate all stories, the specific goal of the Rich in Faith grant is to honor and share stories of those who follow and reflect Christ in their lives.

    • By submitting this form, I indicate my interest in facilitating Christian storytelling seminars for the Rich in Faith project. I will be expecting follow up via text or email with next steps. I understand that facilitation work will require a background check, which I will receive more instructions for later.
