    Midwest Chingona Fest is a cultural music and arts festival celebrating women, creativity, community, and Hispanic Heritage Month. The festival brings together local businesses, artists, performers, and food vendors to create a vibrant community experience featuring music, art, shopping, and cultural expression.


    Event Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026

    Festival Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    Location: Stinson Park, Omaha, Nebraska

    Vendor Set Up: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

    *All vendors must be fully set up by 11:00 AM.


    Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for their business, including health department permits for food vendors. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain required documentation or for any other reason.

     
    Vendors may share a booth with another business with prior approval from the event organizers.


    Payment plans are now available. The full booth fee must be paid at least four weeks prior to the event date. Contact organizers for details.

  • Vendor Terms & Guidelines

     
    This is a rain or shine event.
    Vendor fees are non refundable and non transferable for any reason, including failure to obtain required permits or licenses, inability to attend, weather conditions, or late arrival.

     
    All vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or documentation required for their business, including health department permits for food vendors.

     
    Vendors must sell only the products listed in their application unless approved by event organizers.

     
    Vendor booths may be shared with another business only with prior approval from event organizers. Organizers reserve the right to curate vendors and limit duplicate product categories to maintain a balanced marketplace.


    Booth placement and event layout are determined by event organizers and may change if necessary.


    Each vendor space requires a tent. Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, lighting, and power if needed. Electricity is not provided.
    Tent weights are required. Stakes are strictly prohibited. No items may be staked or secured into the ground. Any holes created in the ground will result in a fee of fifteen dollars per hole.


    Generators are allowed but must be quiet and placed safely so they do not disrupt other vendors or guests.


    Vendors assume all responsibility for their booth, staff, equipment, and merchandise. Event organizers and the venue are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.

     
    Setup begins at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 11:00 AM. Vendors arriving after 11:00 AM may not be permitted to set up and will not receive a refund.


    All vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. Early teardown is not permitted unless approved by event organizers.

    Giveaway Contributions

    Vendors are encouraged to contribute a small item, product, or gift card from their business for festival giveaways or social media promotions. These items help promote participating vendors ON STAGE and increase engagement with attendees throughout the event.

     
    Merchandise & Design Policy

    Vendors may sell original apparel and merchandise created by their own brand, including designs using the word “Chingona.” Copying or recreating another vendor’s designs or artwork is not permitted. Merchandise implying official affiliation with Midwest Chingona Fest or Las Chingonas Entertainment is not allowed unless approved by event organizers.

     
    Event organizers reserve the right to remove vendors who violate event policies, create unsafe conditions, or behave in a disruptive manner. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and possible restriction from future participation.

     
    Vendors must keep their space clean and dispose of all trash properly. The park must be left in the same condition it was found.
