  • FOR RESTAURANTS ONLY - you must send us a copy of your general liability insurance by JULY 10th with Meteor Festivals (Meteor Festivals, PO Box 205001, Brooklyn NY 11220) AND Flatbush Avenue District Management Association (2014 Church Ave, Suite 8, Brooklyn NY 11226) as certificate holders.   • SPOT SIZE:  10' Deep by 10' Feet Long 
    PLEASE NOTE: 
     
    SETUP STARTS AT 9AM 
    Merchandise must be the same categories as what is sold in your business.  
    For restaurants: Food can only be sold by BID members who are already licensed to sell food. Alcohol may not be sold at the fair. Restaurants cooking outdoors will need a fire extinguisher onsite. 
    Playing music (live or recorded) at the fair is only allowed with prior approval from the BID. 
    FESTIVAL IS SUBJECT TO MAYOR’S OFFICE FINAL APPROVAL.
