Dear Parent / Guardian, Welcome to the Grace and Growth Swimming Programme.
Swimming lessons are an extra-mural activity facilitated through Grace and Growth designed to build water safety skills, confidence, discipline, and encourage social interaction, teamwork, and healthy physical development in a fun and structured environment.

Lessons are held in Boughton. The swimming pool is enclosed and heated, allowing us to swim throughout the year during term time.
Lessons are held in the afternoons.

Senior Swimming Lessons - 12:45 - 13:15
Junior Swimming Lessons - 13:15 - 13:45

Parents are required to bring their children to the swimming pool for the start of their lesson and are encouraged to stay and watch. However, they will be fully supervised at all times.
Please arrive 5 minutes earlier so as not to delay the lesson.
Caps and swimming costumes are required to take part in lessons.

Please ensure this form is completed to secure your child’s placement.

Fees & Payment Agreement
💳 SECTION 6: FEES & PAYMENT AGREEMENT
I understand that:

-Fees are payable monthly as agreed
-Payment must be made on the last day of each month
-My child will not be permitted to participate if fees are outstanding
-Once enrolled, I accept responsibility for payment of all fees as agreed
-A months notice is required should my child discontinue lessons

Monthly Coaching Fee:
R450 per child per month (+-9 lessons per term)

Swimming lessions take place once per week during the school term calendar.
⚠️Liability Waiver & Indemnity
I hereby give consent for my child/ren to participate in swimming lessons facilitated through Grace and Growth. I understand that instructors and staff may supervise and take reasonable disciplinary action to ensure safety, emergency medical treatment may be authorised if required, and I accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
I waive liability against Grace and Growth, instructors, staff, and associated persons for injury, loss, or incident that may occur during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence.

📅Enrolment & Placement
Placement is subject to availability and confirmation upon registration. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come basis. Parents will be informed if the programme is full or if a waiting list applies. Continued participation is assumed unless written cancellation is received.
