This agreement is used when the individual renting and paying for the vehicle (Primary Renter) is different from the person physically picking up the vehicle (Licensed Release Driver).

The Primary Renter is the individual who will be driving the vehicle and paying for the rental. The Primary Renter must provide a valid government-issued identification. The Primary Renter agrees to be fully responsible for: All rental charges
• Security deposits
• Vehicle damages of any kind
• Traffic violations, tolls, or citations
• Late fees or extensions
• Vehicle recovery or towing fees
• Any misuse or negligence involving the vehicle.

Easy Rentals may release the vehicle to a separate individual who possesses a valid driver's license. This person is referred to as the Licensed Release Driver. The Licensed Release Driver's role is limited to: • Presenting a valid driver's license at pickup
• Receiving the vehicle from Easy Rentals
• Confirming the vehicle condition at release. The Licensed Release Driver is not financially responsible for the rental unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Primary Renter acknowledges they will be the person operating the vehicle during the rental period and assumes all responsibility for operation, safety, and compliance with applicable laws. Easy Rentals is not responsible for verifying the driving eligibility of the Primary Renter beyond identification provided at the time of rental.

A security deposit is required before the vehicle is released. Security deposits are not refunded immediately upon return. Deposits are returned 24-48 hours after the vehicle has been inspected by Easy Rentals. The security deposit may be used to cover:

• Cleaning fees
• Late returns
• Fuel replacement
• Administrative or recovery costs.
• Vehicle damage
• Key Replacement

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition it was received. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional rental charges or recovery actions.

By signing below, both parties confirm that they understand and agree to the terms of this agreement. The Primary Renter accepts full financial and operational responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.
