Rafat General Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Layout Technician to support building and civil/road construction projects across the GTA. The role involves performing precise layout, grade checking, and as-built measurements for work including roads, curbs, sidewalks, utilities, structures, and site features. The successful candidate will be proficient with total stations, GPS layout systems, and laser levels, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced field environments.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong drawing interpretation skills who can coordinate effectively with foremen, operators, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient site layout.
