Food Vendors located in Culpeper and surrounding counties will have priority, with final discretion left to the event committee.
- Vendors will be limited to only 2 of the 4 event dates.

Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Attach the entire menu, with pricing, to this application.

A non-refundable fee of $100/event

The application and fee are due by April 3, 2026.

You will be assigned the necessary space/set-up location upon application approval. You are responsible for your own tent and table(s).

Generators are not permitted, unless approved in advance.

Food vendors must provide liability insurance naming Culpeper Renaissance as co-insured and acquire applicable Health Department permits.

Your name will be included in all promotional material when possible. If you have a logo, please email it to crievents@culpeperdowntown.com, so we may use it where possible.
