Rafat General Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Working Civil Construction Foreman to lead small crews on specialized municipal and civil projects across the GTA. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and executing work including concrete formwork, finishing, utilities, and roadworks. Foremen must be capable of reading and interpreting shop drawings, plans, and specifications of all types, while ensuring accurate layout, quality control, productivity, and safety on site.The ideal candidate is hands-on and versatile, with strong leadership ability, equipment operating experience, and the flexibility to travel site-to-site and support after-hours operations when required.
