Position Summary
Rafat General Contracting is seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers to support our paving operations on municipal roads, parking lots, and civil construction projects across the GTA. The role involves finish raking, hand grading, joint matching, and working around structures such as catch basins and manholes, along with supporting paving crews behind the paver during placement and finishing.The ideal candidate has strong experience with hot mix asphalt, understands paving tolerances and production pace, and is comfortable working long hours in fast-paced conditions, including night shifts when required.
