Thank you for your interest in hiring graduates from Sentio University's Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy program. Sentio trains clinicians who are exceptionally well-prepared for the demands of real clinical work from their first day on the job. Our graduates bring:
- More supervised clinical hours than most MFT programs, gained through direct client work across a broad range of diverse presenting concerns and populations at a community mental health setting
- Video-recorded sessions for every client, with all supervision conducted using actual session footage rather than self-report
- Tracked clinical outcome data for every client throughout training
- Hundreds of hours of deliberate practice, a research-based method of skill development that produces measurable, rapid growth in clinical competence
