    I understand that participation in athletic activities involves physical activity and risk of injury. By registering for the Trashawn Ruffin Youth Football Camp, I give permission for my athlete to participate in all camp activities.

    I acknowledge that the camp organizers, coaches, staff, and host facilities will not be held responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation. I certify that my athlete is physically able to participate in camp activities.

  • Media & Photography Release

    I grant permission for my athlete to be photographed and/or recorded during the Trashawn Ruffin Youth Football Camp. I understand that these photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes including social media, marketing materials, websites, and future camp promotions by Trashawn Ruffin Youth Football Camp and QP Media & Productions.

    I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.

    Camp Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Registration Check-In: 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM

    Please bring the following items to camp:

    • Football helmet
    • Cleats
    • Workout clothes / athletic gear
    • Water bottle (recommended)
