This contract workflow contains several steps that allow both the venue (Community Partner) and Root Cause Consulting to make requests or bow out before the contract is finalized. The goal is to ensure clarity and fairness.

The first step includes information gathering for RCC and contains a contract for the venue. If terms are agreeable, the venue shall use the link received via email after submission of this form to schedule a brief site visit where we will discuss the screen placement and installation date.

RCC will then finalize those details and add them to the workflow for the venue's approval. If the venue agrees, then installation will occur and the contract will be signed.

You will receive an email where you can schedule a date and time for our site visit. It is best to schedule sooner rather than later. At the site visit, we will discus the location of the screen, payment options, and any final questions. We will also schedule your installation date.

Note: We prefer to start the contracts and advertising cycles on the 1st of the month, with installations occurring the week prior, whenever possible.
