What the Republic for the united States of America is NOT:

1. The Republic is not part of and/or associated with
sovereign anarchistic groups or movements.

2. The Republic is not part of and/or associated with
unlawful anarchistic militia groups or movements.

3. The Republic is not part of or associated with
nation state groups or movements.

4. The Republic is not, nor part of, any type of for-profit corporate and/or tax-exempt entity (neither foreign or domestic), including a 501c3, 508, or any kind of private membership association, or any other entity in commerce.

5. The Republic is not part of any groups or
movements that promote violence of any kind.

6. The Republic is not part of, nor under the jurisdiction of, the unlawfully
chartered UNITED STATES municipal corporation, its agents, or any of its sub-corporations, either directly or indirectly. This includes any and all of their political parties, political organizations, political action committees, and Non-governmental organizations.

What the Republic for the united States of America IS:

1. The Republic is the only lawful provisional
(interim) government guaranteed to us by the original Constitution for the united States of America.

2. The Republic is peacefully, honorably, and
lawfully repopulating the original de jure Republic
guaranteed by the Constitution for the united States of
America that was vacated in 1871 by unconstitutional acts
of Congress.

3. The Republic has been in operation since
2011 as the provisional interim government. The goal is to
bring all states into complete compliance with the
Constitution and be recognized as the civil authority by the
military.

4. The Republic is a peaceful, honorable, and
lawful interim government which relies on Common Law as
its foundation, not violence, power, or financial maniupulation.

5. We the people of the original constitutional Republic 1789 support
our Commander-In-Chief as he directs this military plan to
restore our Republic and give it back to the people.

6. The Republic is, through townships and communities, the bridge and stepping-stone to God's kingdom.
