The Caboolture Mazda Beef Grand Prix is a commercial-led steer and heifer competition combining Led (Hoof) and Carcase (Hook) components, with the Grand Champion Caboolture Mazda Beef Grand Prix Exhibit determined by the highest combined score across both sections.

Please ensure you have read the Event Schedule before submitting your nomination.

Nomination forms are to be completed and submitted by the named Exhibitor. Nominations can only be submitted by one Exhibitor per form however, multiple Exhibits and Junior Exhibitors can be included on one Exhibitor's nomination form. If the one Exhibitor wishes to nominate more Exhibits than the form allows, please complete and submit an additional nomination form.

The Caboolture Mazda Beef Grand Prix is made possible through the generosity of our sponsors. Their support allows the event to offer significant prizes and opportunities for exhibitors. We encourage Exhibitors and their networks to show their appreciation by supporting the businesses that support the event.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY: 

Exhibitor Name

As set out in the Event Schedule, prizes and awards attributable to an Exhibit will be awarded to, and become the property of, the named Exhibitor (to satisfy requirements of the Australian Tax Office).  

For example, if your Exhibit wins Grand Champion Caboolture Mazda Beef Grand Prix Exhibit, the Mazda BT-50 will be awarded to and registered in the name of the Exhibitor as listed in this nomination form.

Accordingly, please enter the legal name of the Exhibitor (individual person(s), company or other legal entity). This cannot be a trading name, stud prefix or business/brand name.

A separate field in the form allows you to nominate an alternate ‘display name’ to be used on public-facing material and for promotional purposes (such as catalogues, results sheets and event publicity). This can be a stud name, trading name, syndicate name etc.

Nominations submitted noting an Exhibitor name that is not a legal entity will be returned for correction before being considered for acceptance. 

Prize Nominee

Due to the value of the prizes on offer, it is critical we know who is authorised to deal with any prizes won by an Exhibit. 

If the named Exhibitor is more than 1 person or is a company or other type of entity, please nominate 1 adult person who will be deemed to have full authority to accept possession, arrange delivery and/or collection, make decisions and provide instructions relating to any prize awarded to the relevant Exhibit on behalf of the Exhibitor.

Breed bonuses - Exhibitors are encouraged to provide as much information as reasonably possible (and to the extent it is known) in relation to the breeding of each Exhibit to assist in the assessment as to whether any incentives or bonuses may be applicable.  

Exhibitors should review the specific requirements for eligibility in relation to existing breed bonuses which are set out in the Event Schedule.  However, Exhibitors with Exhibits of other breeds are still encouraged to provide detailed information as additional breed bonuses may be added over time.  

Where the information is known, it is suggested Exhibitors provide the breed composition (breeds and percentage) and registered sire/dam IDs where applicable.  Failure to supply adequate information at the time of nomination may render an Exhibit ineligible for a bonus it may otherwise have been eligible for.
