Membership Waiver, Release of Liability & Informed Consent Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

SECTION 1 - NATURE OF THE COMMUNITY
1.1 Educational and Informational Purpose Only
The Path to Healing is an online educational community. All content, discussions, materials, resources, protocols, guides, live sessions, recorded materials, and communications provided through or within this Community are offered strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this Community, under any circumstances, constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or any other form of professional healthcare service of any kind.
1.2 Not a Medical Professional - No Medical Advice
THE COMMUNITY OWNER IS NOT A DOCTOR. The Community Owner is not a licensed physician, medical doctor, registered nurse, registered dietitian, licensed naturopathic doctor, psychologist, pharmacist, or any other licensed or regulated healthcare professional in any jurisdiction worldwide. The Community Owner has no authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition. NOTHING shared by the Community Owner in any format within this Community, including posts, videos, live sessions, comments, or direct messages, constitutes medical advice. You must never treat any content in this Community as medical advice.
1.3 No Professional or Healthcare Relationship of Any Kind
Your membership and payment of fees does not create, establish, imply, or give rise to any doctor-patient relationship, practitioner-client relationship, therapist-patient relationship, or any other professional or fiduciary healthcare relationship between you and the Community Owner, any moderator, any guest, any contributor, or any other member. Membership fees constitute consideration solely for access to an educational platform. They do not constitute payment for any professional service, individualized assessment, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind.
1.4 Topics Covered
The Community may include educational discussion of: dietary supplements; nutritional protocols; peptides and bioregulators (including BPC-157, TB-500, and similar compounds); growth hormone secretagogues; growth hormone physiology; laboratory test interpretation (DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT, and similar panels); dietary interventions; exercise; lifestyle modification; sleep; stress management; and general health and wellness. All discussion is educational only and does not constitute prescribing, diagnosing, treating, or providing any individualized clinical guidance.

SECTION 2 - SUBSTANCE AND REGULATORY DISCLOSURES
2.1 Peptides and Bioregulators
Many peptides discussed in this Community (including BPC-157, TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and similar compounds) are not approved for human use by Health Canada, the FDA, the MHRA, the TGA, or equivalent regulatory bodies. In Canada, these substances are classified as unauthorized drugs. In the United States, the FDA has classified several peptides as Category 2 bulk drug substances. Several are also prohibited by WADA.
2.2 Controlled, Prescription and Prohibited Substances
Many substances that may be discussed in this Community are controlled, prescription-only, prohibited, or otherwise regulated under the laws of one or more jurisdictions. This includes without limitation: prescription medications of any kind; anabolic-androgenic steroids (e.g., testosterone, nandrolone, oxandrolone, and similar compounds); human growth hormone and growth hormone secretagogues (e.g., HGH/somatotropin, IGF-1, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin); selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) (e.g., RAD-140, LGD-4033, Ostarine); and any other substance classified as a controlled drug, scheduled substance, or unauthorized therapeutic product in any jurisdiction. In the United States, unauthorized distribution of human growth hormone is a federal felony under 21 U.S.C. Section 333(e), punishable by up to five years imprisonment. In Canada, anabolic steroids are Schedule IV controlled substances under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Many of these substances are prohibited by WADA. All discussion in this Community is strictly educational only. The Community does not facilitate, encourage, assist with, or condone the procurement, distribution, sale, purchase, or unauthorized use of any controlled, prohibited, or prescription substance.
2.3 No Sourcing or Procurement
The Community does not sell, distribute, or supply any supplements, peptides, medications, or health products. No sourcing information, vendor recommendations, purchase links, or procurement assistance of any kind is provided. All discussion is limited strictly to published research, physiology, and scientific information.
2.4 Your Sole Regulatory Responsibility
Laws and regulations regarding supplements, peptides, controlled substances, and other compounds discussed in this Community vary significantly between countries, states, provinces, and territories. You are solely and entirely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Community Owner accepts no liability whatsoever for your choices regarding any substance.

SECTION 3 - INFORMED CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By joining and participating in this Community, you freely, voluntarily, and knowingly acknowledge, represent, warrant, and agree to ALL of the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- You understand that ALL content in this Community is educational and informational only. It is NOT medical advice. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified, licensed healthcare provider.
- You understand that the Community Owner is NOT a doctor, NOT a licensed physician, NOT a registered dietitian, and NOT a regulated healthcare professional of any kind, in any jurisdiction. No professional healthcare relationship of any kind is created by your membership or participation.
- You agree to consult with your own qualified, licensed physician or healthcare provider BEFORE making any changes to your diet, supplement regimen, exercise program, medications, or health practices based on any information encountered in this Community. Failure to do so may result in serious injury, illness, or death.
- You understand that individual health outcomes vary significantly. Results discussed in this Community are not guaranteed. What is beneficial or safe for one person may be ineffective, harmful, or dangerous for another.
- You acknowledge that acting on health and wellness information without proper medical supervision involves inherent and serious risks, including adverse reactions, drug-supplement interactions, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, physical injury, psychological harm, and in extreme cases, serious injury or death.
- You understand that discussions about peptides, bioregulators, controlled substances, growth hormone, anabolic steroids, SARMs, and similar compounds are for educational purposes ONLY. They do not constitute any recommendation, encouragement, or instruction to use, purchase, obtain, or self-administer any such substance.
- You understand that any discussion of laboratory tests or results in this Community is general and educational in nature. It does not constitute clinical diagnosis or individualized clinical interpretation. You agree to work with your own licensed healthcare provider for any official interpretation of your personal laboratory results.
- You are not relying on the Community Owner, any moderator, any guest, or any other member to provide medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. You will consult appropriate licensed professionals before acting on any information in this Community.

SECTION 4 - ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Your participation in this Community is entirely voluntary. You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume ALL risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, arising from your participation, including risks arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. These risks include, without limitation:
- Adverse physical reactions to dietary changes, supplements, or health protocols
- Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or intolerances
- Interactions between supplements, foods, or protocols and prescription or over-the-counter medications
- Aggravation, worsening, or complication of pre-existing health conditions
- Physical injury from exercise or lifestyle changes
- Emotional, psychological, or mental health effects
- Financial loss from purchasing products or supplements based on Community information
- Adverse effects from any substance discussed in this Community, including peptides, bioregulators, steroids, growth hormone, SARMs, or any other compound
- Any legal, health, or financial consequence arising from your decision to use, obtain, or self-administer any substance discussed in this Community
- Delayed seeking of appropriate medical care due to reliance on Community information
You expressly waive any right to claim that any risk was not disclosed or was unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive the protections of any statute that limits the effect of a release with respect to unknown claims.

SECTION 5 - RELEASE OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, you hereby completely and irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Community Owner, their family members, officers, directors, employees, moderators, contractors, guest experts, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all past, present, and future claims, demands, losses, damages, actions, causes of action, costs, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, including personal injury, illness, death, and property damage, arising out of or in any way related to your membership in, access to, or participation in this Community, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. This release applies to claims you know about and claims you do not yet know about.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

SECTION 6 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or participation in the Community; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) any action you take based on information in the Community; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) any harm caused to a third party by your conduct in the Community. This obligation survives termination of your membership.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any and all claims arising out of your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for a minimum of sixty (60) days. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to final and binding individual arbitration. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OF ANY KIND against the Released Parties.

AGREEMENT AND SIGNATURE
BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: I am at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. I have read and fully understood this entire Membership Waiver, Release of Liability, and Informed Consent Agreement. I understand that the Community Owner is NOT a doctor, NOT a licensed physician, NOT a registered dietitian, and NOT a regulated healthcare professional of any kind, and that nothing in this Community constitutes medical advice under any circumstances. I understand that no doctor-patient relationship, practitioner-client relationship, or any other professional healthcare relationship of any kind is created by my membership, payment of fees, or participation. I agree to consult my own qualified, licensed physician or healthcare provider before acting on any information in this Community. I understand the regulatory and legal status of controlled substances, prescription medications, anabolic steroids, growth hormone, peptides, SARMs, and related compounds as described in Section 2, and I acknowledge that all discussion of these substances is for educational purposes only. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release the Released Parties from all liability as described in Sections 4 and 5. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties as described in Section 6. I understand that my membership fees constitute payment for access to an educational platform only, not for any professional service, diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind. I agree to be bound by the Community Disclaimer and Content Rules, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. I acknowledge that this Agreement is legally binding, that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice, and that I freely and voluntarily enter into this Agreement.
