The OBHS Strength & Conditioning Department is sponsoring our annual LIFT-A-THON to emphasize the importance of our off-season workouts and to provide support for our programs. This is YOUR chance to sponsor an athlete!
- Each participant will perform three core exercises: bench, squat and deadlift (or a modified version depending on the athlete).
- We will take the combined score to get their final weight for a chance to make it on the 500lb/1000lb club board.
- Each participant is highly encouraged to get a minimum of $50 in FLAT DONATIONS (Ex. $20/$50/$100)
Your sponsorship helps drive the students to achieve their goals and continually improve year over year.

**All athletes who participate will receive our annual Lift-a-thon T-shirt and any athlete who gets over $250 in pledges will receive one of our Berlin strength sleeveless hoodies or a crewneck sweatshirt**
