Red River Quilters 2026 Quilt Show "Liberty + Service" Special Exhibit Entry Guidelines

One form will be filled out per one item entered
Quilt Show dates are Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
Items can be unfinished to be entered but item must be finished and with a 4" quilt sleeve & label to be considered for the show.
Online Registration ends July 22, 2026 @ 11:59pm. In person registration ends at Noon at Haughton Quilters, Southern Methodist Church, Hwy 80. No late entries will be allowed.
Items must be received at Lousiana Sate Fair Grounds at the Ag Building by Noon on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. No late entries allowed.
This is a nonjudged special exhibit.
Quilt can have been entered in any previous Quilt Show.

Only Red River Quilters Guild Members may enter into the 2026 Quilt Show. If not a member, membership fees & forms will be completed before Quilt Show submissions are accepted.

This measurement is where the 4" quilt sleeve will go i.e. the "head" of the quilt.

Size: Length (in inches) If your quilt is longer than 84”, the top of the sleeve must be 84” from the bottom of your quilt so it does not touch the floor

If the quilt is going home with you after the show - the quilt will need the label & quilt sleeve as outlined in Quilt Show Entry Guidelines found on our website.

If the quilt is to be donated to a local veteran please do the following:

Please use a paper label listing all the necessary information (Entrants name, Name of Quilt, etc.) and position in the lower left side on the back of the quilt with a safety pin.
You do not need to make or attach a quilt sleeve for donated quilts.
