Please read the rules of entry carefully before submitting your entry.
1. All entries MUST be submitted by Wednesday 1st July 2026 so that proper accommodation can be provided for them on the day of the show. Exhibitors are allowed only one entry in each item.
2. The hall will be open on the day of the show at 9am and exhibits must be ready for judging by 10.30am. It will then be closed until judging is over - approx 1pm.
3. No entry to be exhibited which has previously been entered in the Wombourne Show
4. Adult's flower arrangements can be done at home or in the hall on the day.
5. Each exhibitor must collect their exhibition cards from the secretary before staging and make sure they are correct and then put against the exhibit.
6. NO ITEM TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOW UNTIL 4.30PM. This is to ensure latecomers who may have been working within the carnival parade and sideshows have a chance to see the exhibits.
7. The judges' decision is final and they can withold prizes at their discretion.
8. All exhibits in class A to have been made in the last two years.
9. Any disputes as to exhibitors or exhibits must be given to a committee member in writing. All exhibits are to be the work of each exhibitor, garden produce must be in their posession at least six weeks before the show, except the flowers used in Class D arrangements.
10. The committee cannot be responsible for damage or loss.
11. Cups to be presented at approx 4.30pm
12. Trophies to be returned to the secretary not later than Friday 12th June 2026 so that they can be engraved ready for this year's show.
