Our "Pie of the Weekend" flavor this week is Cherry Pretzel Pie. Check out the description below and get it while you can!

Sorry we are running low or out of several pie flavors and ice cream! We're in the process of hiring another employee so we can hopefully catch up on everything before Easter.

Cherry Pretzel Pie

For this pie we make the same whipped cheesecake filling and pretzel crumb crust as we do for our best-selling Raspberry Pretzel Pie, but then top it with our own cherry topping. We juice a bunch of sour cherries and add a bit of lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt , then bring it to a simmer with cornstarch to thicken it a bit. It has that same tangy/salty/sweet combo as our Raspberry Pretzel Pie, but perfect for alll those cherry lovers out there!

Since I do not have a dedicated GF kitchen, my GF items would not be considered celiac-friendly.
