Booth spaces are limited and will be filled in order of applications received. Vendor rules will be included on the next page. Please review and sign/date in agreement to the rules and regulations. Once approved by The Mountain Rodeo Association payment is due in full no later than May 23, 2026. 1. No vendors other than approved vendors will be allowed.2. Set up and take down: Vendors may move in as early as Friday May 29 2026, from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm to set up their booth space, but must be set up no later than 9:00 am on May 30. Vendors will not close or tear down any portion of their booth until the Loggers Jamboree concludes for the day. Vendors will be contacted and assigned booth space location prior to the Loggers Jamboree. 3. Vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 8 am Saturday.4. Electricity is not provided. You may bring your own generator but must indicate in the vendor application if you are bringing one.5. Vendors will be charged a flat fee of $50 per space (price may vary for larger accommodations) for the event. Vendors must submit their completed application by May 15, 2026 and payment in full once approved by The Mountain Rodeo Association by May 23, 2026.6. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth, tables and chairs. Vendors may use canopies, as long as they fit in their booth space.7. No refunds for cancellations will be given after May 27 2026. 8. Trash: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean of garbage and must leave the booth area clean at the end of the event.9. The Mountain Rodeo Association will make final decisions related to vendor applications during our final planning meeting in May. If approved a board member from The Mountain Rodeo Association will reach out to provide steps for payment which is due no later than May 23, 2026. 10. The Mountain Rodeo Association reserves the right to remove a vendor if products or services are deemed inappropriate / unacceptable by the association, and no refund of booth space fees will be given. 11. No pets allowed. 12. No alcohol distribution or consumption of alcohol by vendors.By signing this form, I hereby agree to assume all risk for loss, theft, and damage or liability cost of this function. I hereby agree to abide to all rules and regulations of The Mountain Rodeo Association. I agree to save, defend, and hold harmless The Mountain Rodeo Association, its board, volunteers, members, event producers and contractors, and any other parties from claim, loss, liability or damage that in any way be caused.
