- Other CDs (listed with price) and Printed Notes from some previous years cannot be ordered, but may be purchased on the day.

Notes:
- If you are not coming to the Convention, 2026 Printed Notes / CD of Notes to be posted out ($55/$30) can still be ordered using this form.
- Printed Notes limit is dependent on the number of orders placed (plus spares), so future copies of 2026 Printed Notes may be hard to obtain.
Back-tracking to change an earlier answer may cause calculation errors. It is better to cancel out and restart the registration if a calculation error occurs.
