1. Payment Policy
Full payment is required prior to the workshop date to secure your booking.
Payment details will be provided upon registration.
Proof of payment must be submitted within 48 hours of registration to confirm attendance.
2. Indemnity
By ticking the Terms and Conditions checkbox during registration, I voluntarily declare that I will participate in the above-mentioned workshop entirely at my own risk.
I hereby acknowledge that I shall have no claim against Motivated Workshops, its organisers, facilitators, or the owners or managers of the venue, in respect of any injury to my person or loss or damage to my property incurred during or as a result of attending the workshop.
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before the workshop: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
7 days or less before the workshop / non-attendance on the day: No refund will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
All cancellations must be made in writing via email and will be acknowledged by the organisers.
4. Recordings
Any workshop recordings or materials provided remain the intellectual property of Motivated Workshops.
These materials are exclusively for registered attendees and may not be distributed, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of these materials may result in legal action.
5. POPI Act Compliance
By registering for this workshop, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your information may be shared with selected service providers for the purpose of:
Communicating important workshop-related updates,
Providing you with certificates and post-workshop materials,
Sharing information on future relevant workshops and services.
We undertake to process and store your information securely and not to sell or misuse your data in any way.
6. Social Media & Marketing Consent
By attending the workshop, you consent to Motivated Workshops capturing photographs, screenshots, or video recordings during the event (both in-person and online).
These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on platforms such as:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Websites, newsletters, and digital publications.
If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, you are required to inform the organisers in writing before the start of the workshop.
7. Workshop Cancellation or Postponement
Motivated Workshops reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the workshop is cancelled and not rescheduled, participants who have paid in full will receive a full refund.
If the workshop is postponed, attendees will have the option to transfer their booking to the new date or request a full refund.
8. Load Shedding & Internet Connectivity
Motivated Workshops is a live event and requires a stable internet connection for optimal participation, especially for virtual attendees.
If load shedding, power outages, or any other disruptions occur on the attendee’s side, resulting in a loss of access, connectivity, or communication, Motivated Workshops cannot be held liable for any interruptions or missed content.
Connectivity relies solely on the attendee’s access to a reliable internet service. Motivated Workshops cannot be held accountable for poor internet speed, bandwidth limitations, or unstable connections that may result in reduced video or audio quality.
