FACILITATOR APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAY
The Facilitator Apprenticeship Pathway is an experiential mentorship opportunity available to select graduates of the Bufo Healing Sanctuary Sacred Medicine Facilitator Training Immersion who feel sincerely called to continue deepening their growth through service, observation, integration, and real-world ceremonial support.

This pathway was created to support the continued development of:

grounded leadership
nervous system regulation
ethical space holding
ceremonial awareness
energetic discernment
guest support and integration
stewardship and responsibility within ceremonial environments

The apprenticeship experience allows graduates to continue learning through:

live ceremonial environments
facilitator training immersions
retreat support
assistant-based learning
observation and participation
continued mentorship and embodiment

Apprentices may have opportunities to assist within:

facilitator training immersions
ceremonial preparation and support
guest grounding and integration
operational and stewardship responsibilities
retreat and ceremonial environments

This pathway also allows apprentices to continue accumulating trackable experiential hours that contribute toward continued facilitator development, ceremonial experience, assistant support experience, and supervised apprenticeship participation within live ceremonial environments.

Participation within the apprenticeship pathway is application and approval based and is intended for graduates who demonstrate readiness, professionalism, grounded communication, emotional maturity, and integrity within ceremonial spaces.

Additional details regarding apprenticeship structure, participation expectations, mentorship opportunities, trackable apprenticeship hours, travel support, and compensation are shared privately with approved applicants.

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule an Apprenticeship Pathway Zoom Meeting to review the next steps, responsibilities, expectations, and available apprenticeship opportunities within the container.
