FD-258 Fingerprinting

FD-258 ink fingerprinting for background checks, licensing, and out of state submissions. Fingerprint cards are completed and provided at your appointment.
In-office fingerprinting is $49 and includes up to two fingerprint cards. Mobile fingerprinting is $95 and includes travel within a 20-mile radius of the Birmingham office and up to two fingerprint cards. Payment is required at booking to confirm the appointment.

Additional fingerprint cards are $15 each and may be requested during the appointment. Any fingerprint cards provided by the requesting agency should be available at the time of service. FD-258 cards are available if needed.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
