Please read the following waiver carefully:
By signing this document, I confirm that I have the legal authority to authorize George of All Trades Roadside Assistance to provide services for my vehicle.
I understand and agree that, during services such as tire changes, jumpstarts, fuel delivery, or winch outs, unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of George of All Trades Roadside Assistance may occur. These may include, but are not limited to: broken lug nuts, electrical shortages, damage to vehicle parts, or other issues related to the service provided.
I hereby unconditionally release, waive, and discharge George of All Trades Roadside Assistance from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action I may have now or in the future, whether arising by contract or by law. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, losses, damages, or costs that may result from the services performed, including those caused by accidents or events beyond the control of George of All Trades Roadside Assistance, and not due to its negligence.
I fully understand and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this document without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee from George of All Trades Roadside Assistance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
