Register to secure your spot at the August 7-9, 2026 Wellness Retreat. Please provide your details and preferences below.
A Wellness Retreat is an intentional break away from your daily life to rejuvenate, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, others, and nature.

When: Friday August 7, 2026 to Sunday August 9, 2026
Time: 6 pm start (guests can arrive anytime after 3 pm to set up thier sleeping space & explore the property); 12 pm end (guests can stay until 3 to enjoy free time on the lake).
Space: Private lake. The space is a girl guide camp (Hardwood Lake, NS) so it is one big shared sleeping space and you must bring your own mattress and bedding. It is recommended to bring an air mattress and sheets to hang up for privacy.

Cost: $285. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The cost includes: 2 nights accomodations, all meals & snacks, a swag bag and daily guided practices such as yoga, meditation and breathwork.
Remaining $235 must be paid by July 20.

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I hereby agree to the following:

As I participate in activities offered by the Melissa and special guests, I understand that the offerings of this retreat are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

I recognize that some yoga, & movement practices may cause physical injury. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury. It is my responsibilty to listen to my body and respects its limits on any given day.

I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this reatreat.

I understand that the $50 deposit for the retreat is final with no refunds and the balance of my payment ($235) is due by July 20, 2026. Total cost of retreat is $285. The deadline to register is July 20, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to the retreat - 50%, less $50 cancellation fee.
15 days - no refunds.

Full refunds will be issued in the event the Retreat is cancelled by the organizer.
