  • Welcome to the Fort Worth Juneteenth Dance Classic Vendor Application! This community event celebrates Juneteenth, culture, and the incredible talent of our youth dance teams. Vendor spaces are limited and will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Vendor Fee Information
  • Vendor Fees:
    • Retail / Merchandise Vendors — $75
    • Food Vendors / Food Trucks — $100
    • Nonprofit / Community Organizations — $50
    Vendor spaces are limited. Payment will be required after vendor approval to secure your space. Do not send payment until you have received approval instructions.
  • Once approved, the agreement and payment link will be emailed to the email address on file. Vendors have 48 hours to submit payment and return the agreement.
  • Food Vendor Requirements
  • Food vendors may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance and a valid food permit, depending on venue requirements. Please upload the following documents if available.
