  • Another Chance of Atlanta, Inc. is committed to preventing homelessness and supporting housing stability across metro Atlanta, including Gwinnett County, Georgia. Through our rental assistance and housing stability programs, we focus on helping families and individuals who are experiencing financial hardship and are at risk of losing their homes.

    Our Tenant-Based Rental Assistance is provided only when funding is available, and all assistance is granted based on program eligibility requirements and capacity. Applicants are required to submit documentation such as:

    Identification
    Proof of citizenship
    Proof of Gwinnett County residency
    Proof of income or EBT/SNAP benefits
    A current rental lease agreement


    Please note that this submission is only a request for rental/security deposit assistance and does not serve as a formal application for assistance.

  • Another Chance of Atlanta requires households to contribute at least 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward their rent. If approved for Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), our program may cover the remaining eligible portion of the rent.

    Example:

    Monthly household income: $2,000
    Tenant contribution toward rent (30%): $600
    Monthly rent: $1,200


    In this example, the tenant would be responsible for paying at least $600, and the TBRA program may cover the remaining $600 toward the rent, if approved.

    Please note that all assistance is subject to eligibility requirements, funding availability, and program guidelines.
