Agreement

By signing below you agree to the following terms

.  A $50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking/time slot

. Payment is to be made in full by the day of your session if not paying in full at the time of booking payment can be made via bank transfer or cash on the day

. If Paying in full at the time of booking the balance (minus deposit) will be refunded only if Melissa Cooney Photography is given a minimum of 5 days notice before your session date so ample time is provided to re book your session slot.

. If you are running late to your session additional time may not be available to you, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session start time

. Your session includes approximately 15mins of shooting time. Although all efforts will be made, this can fluctuate slightly.

. Your session includes 15 edited images of your choosing, previews are supplied via an online gallery and your chosen images are supplied via high res 300dpi JPEG files through download

. Additional images are available for purchase after viewing your gallery. Pricing is 1 image $10, 5 images $40, the whole lot $50

. Meeting spot for your Queens Park session will be the timber pavillion in the centre of Queens Park

. No responsibility or liability will be taken by Melissa Cooney or the property owner for loss injury or harm during your session including but not limited to injury to persons attending the session or damage to clothing, vehicles or possessions

. Those listed on this form and those under their care understand they have free will and can refuse any request, direction or pose offered by Melissa Cooney if you deem it unsafe.

. Those listed on this form understand that outdoor photography comes with added environmental risks including but not limited too snakes, barbed wire, traffic, singers, waves, mosquitos, animals and acts of nature, as such due dilligence liabilities and responsibilities of those under the care of the person signing, fall upon the person signing this agreement
