This document should trace your internal journey from your upbringing to the present, reflecting on your spiritual journey, the highs and lows, your parents and family, your relationships with others and with the Lord, your sin and brokenness, and the grace of God.
The Constitution and Canons of the Diocese require all clergy to affirm the Fundamental Declarations of the Anglican Church in North America and the Jerusalem Declaration (see file here).
