1. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your written Booking Confirmation. It may take up to five working days to respond to your request during peak booking periods. Should you not receive a response within this time please contact the Booking Officer via email or phone (07) 4726 0600 between 9.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday. 2. Queensland Museum Tropics does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking. 3. Notice of Cancellation: We require written notice to cancel or reschedule a booked group visit. Please contact the museum via email to cancel or reschedule your booking. Rescheduling of bookings is subject to availability. 4. Final confirmed number of guests is required seven (7) days prior to the visit. 5. Prices: All prices listed include GST where applicable. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change. 6. Bookings made with less than two (2) days notice cannot be guaranteed placement.
