    1. Confirmation of booking must be made in writing by the client accompanied by a 30% deposit. Balance is to be paid prior to or on arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to Queensland Museum Cobb+Co. Major credit cards or cash are accepted. 2. Queensland Museum Cobb+Co does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking. 3. Notice of Cancellation: We require written notice if the client wishes to cancel or postpone an event. A 100% refund will be given if cancellation is made before seven (7) days of the visit. Please note that with cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the visit, the 30% deposit will be forfeited. 4. Final confirmed number of guests is required seven (7) days prior to the event. 5. Prices: All prices listed include GST where applicable. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change.
