By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that the interclub draw and format may be adjusted at the discretion of the organisers due to weather, entry numbers, or other unforeseen circumstances. I confirm that the children I am entering are participating at their own risk, are physically able to take part, and will follow all health and safety guidelines provided. I confirm that I have obtained permission from each child’s parent or guardian to provide their personal information for the purpose of running the interclub competition, and that they understand this information may be shared with organisers and relevant third parties as required. I also confirm that the parents or guardians of each child have been made aware that photos or videos taken during the competition may be used by Tennis Northland for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other marketing platforms. If any parent or guardian does not wish for their child’s image to be used in this way, I will notify the organisers in advance.
