North Haven SLSC Sponsorship Agreement

North Haven Surf Life Saving Club (The Club) is dedicated to protecting beach goers who frequent the North Haven coastline. We are proudly affiliated with Surf Life Saving Australia as part of the largest volunteer organisation in Australia.

This is achieved through a strong and dedicated base of vital volunteers providing an essential emergency service by enhancing aquatic safety - providing surveillance, protection, medical assistance, and rescue services through beach patrols.

We have been providing this service to our local community since 1967. We are a growing communigty with over 300 active members voluntarily patrolling the beach every weekend and public holidays during the months October through April each year.

We have a proud history and whilst ensuring public safety along the beach is our clubs key mission, the Club’s trained surf lifesavers compete at state and national levels each year. These competitions provide opportunities for our surf lifesavers to test their skills and training amongst other lifesavers to ensure they are fit and “rescue ready “at all times.

We are known for our inclusive programs and culturally safe environment.

This agreement is made between the Parties listed below and the North Haven Surf Life Saving Club ("The Club")

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. The Club agrees to grant the Sponsor the following sponsorship rights that are agreed to and outlined in the sponsorship package.
2. It is agreed that at the time of renegotiation, the club will automatically invite the sponsor to renegotiate the agreement.
3. It is agreed that all matters relating to the administration of the sponsorship shall remain the exclusive responsibility of the Club.
4. It is agreed that the Sponsor will be granted first option to renew sponsorship of the Club at a cost to be agreed.
5. In the event of the cancellation of the sponsorship for whatever reason, this Agreement shall be null and void.
6. The Club agrees to abide by the sponsorship document and provide the agreed publicity and advertising for the Sponsor.

The Club agrees to provide various opportunities based on your level of investment.
